Delicious new Dishes for February! Enjoy Seafood Rarebit a combination of haddock, salmon, king prawns & spinach in a light cheese sauce baked in the oven & toasted sourdough; Pan-Roasted Breast of Pheasant served with braised pheasant legs, fricassee of wild mushrooms, red wine & port jus, potato dauphinoise & green beans & Cappuccino Crème Brûlée a burnt sugar & espresso custard, Amaretti biscuits, coffee beans.

Our Drink of the Week is a White Wine & Elderflower Spritz. 175ml of our organic Verdejo white wine with 50ml  Edinburgh Elderflower Gin Liqueur topped with soda, ribbons of cucumber.
